Cork insulation panel

An excellent natural and sustainable product in the form of 1000x500mm boards, made of cork grain of larger size and high density - up to 240 kg/m³, designed for acoustic and thermal insulation.

General characteristics of the product:
- 97% natural product (natural cork granules bonded with polyurethane binder)
- excellent dimensional stability for many years
- very high resistance to wear and damage
- maintains its properties over time
- odorless material, resistant to insects and rodents
- contains no solvents or other harmful substances
- has good dielectric properties causing the accumulation of much smaller electrical charges than synthetic insulating materials
- prevents condensation due to its vapor permeability
- excellent simultaneous combination of thermal and acoustic insulation properties

- sound absorption: dependent on thickness, e.g. for 30mm - αw = 0.46

- thermal and acoustic insulation of walls, roofs and ceilings (for filling spaces in layered partition systems or as surface cladding)
